During June, Toto restaurant will serve a new menu at both of its branches, inspired by the coastal cuisines of Japan and Southeast Asia. The menu includes sashimi on the bone, tuna tartare tortilla with a soft egg, lettuce boats with fried sea bass alongside unripe mango salad, whole sea bass in banana leaves, and new cocktails. The Galilee Wine Festival of Rosh Pina
On June 18, the Galilee Wine Festival will take place for the 13th time, hosting more than 30 boutique wineries, distilleries, chefs and producers from across the north. This year, special emphasis will be placed on collaborations between Galilee chefs and local food trucks, alongside free wine tastings, live performances, art and music. Participants include Konfapa, Golan, Gvinaz', coffee4, Patpatim, Papi, Hapitzla, chef Yossi Haiv from Rouge restaurant at the Pereh Hotel, as well as distilleries and wineries from the region. Admission is 150 shekels and includes a glass of wine and free tastings throughout the evening. The celebration will continue the next day with food and wine stalls, tours and workshops around the moshava, with the aim of strengthening the businesses, wineries and producers operating in the Galilee during the challenging period the region is going through. 18:00 to 24:00. New dishes at Domino’s Pizza
Domino’s Pizza is launching “Domino’s Double Dip”, a new dining experience based on double dipping, first in a dip and then in a crunchy dip. Among the dishes: dough sticks with garlic butter and herbs, served in a package with tomato, garlic and mustard-honey dips and a crunchy dip of fried onion flakes; Gouda jalapeño bites, 10 pieces with a dip of choice; and Hot Rolls sausages, served in a four-pack with a dip of choice, the tastiest is mustard-honey.

Chef Gabriel Israel to guest at NOEMA, Tel Aviv
Chef Gabriel Israel from Los Angeles will be the guest of Mosheko Avraham for two special evenings, on 15.6 and 16.6. Among the dishes the chefs will serve: cumin seed tartlet with pickled cucumber tzatziki, beurre blanc and packeta (48 shekels); seared wrapped scallop with a vinegar-based vinaigrette sauce (82 shekels); langoustine and lye samosa (72 shekels); foie gras pâté krpach with charred onion and honey (112 shekels); and tongue doner with cherry, sour cream and horseradish (88 shekels). 59 Nahalat Binyamin, Tel Aviv.

Port Chef Festival at Tel Aviv Port
The Port Chef 2026 food festival will take place at Tel Aviv Port from June 15 to 19, turning the complex into an open culinary fair with dozens of dishes created through collaborations between restaurants, chefs and content creators. Highlights include Yechi Zino from Peskado and Yulia, Omer Miller launching the first ketogenic cafeteria in Israel, and Michal Epstein unveiling two new Shake Shack desserts in a world premiere. Alongside the food there will be music performances, wine tastings, a toast festival, a French area and street events along the waterfront. Dish prices: 25 to 45 shekels. Desser launches the “Leave It to Me” omakase meal, Tel Aviv
Chef Anar Ben Rafael Forman’s new tasting menu will be served only until 15.7 and only at the restaurant bar, alongside the restaurant’s regular operation and à la carte menu. In this meal, guests will leave the choice to the chef, who will compose a seven-course meal of small individual dishes for them. The omakase meal will be served to only 16 diners each evening and will cost 222 shekels per diner. For that price, guests will receive two vegetarian dishes, two fish dishes, two seafood dishes and one meat dish. The price of the wine pairing for this meal is 148 shekels per person, and it includes an aperitif, a selection of Israeli wines and a digestif at the end of the meal.

Pride milkshake at Shake Shack
In honor of Pride Month, Shake Shack Israel is launching a limited-edition mango shake with vanilla cookie pieces, made with vanilla Shake Shack ice cream prepared on site and sprinkled with Pride colors. Ten percent of the shake’s proceeds will be donated to “Otot LaGBT.”

Summer event at Tamarlin, Nahalal
Tamarlin is opening the summer season with a special event on 18.6 from 18:00 to 23:00. Meridiano Festival in Ashdod
The festival will take place in Ashdod from June 14 to 18, from 18:00 to 23:00, and will offer a culinary and cultural journey around the world with dozens of food stalls, music performances and an international art fair. At the center of the event there will be stations by chefs Moshik Roth, Israel Aharoni, Avi Biton and Yechi Zino, who will serve dishes inspired by the cuisines of the Netherlands, China, Israel and the United States. Alongside them, food trucks with street food from around the world, international desserts and a colorful market atmosphere will operate. Admission is free and the dishes will be sold for up to 45 shekels.
