Two Young Siblings Found Safe After Overnight Search in Gush Etzion

Hundreds of residents, police officers, and volunteers from the "Ezion-Yehuda" rescue unit searched overnight for two young siblings, aged 3 and 7, who went missing from their home in the Gush Etzion settlement of Tekoa. The children had left their house late in the evening, and their whereabouts became unknown.

Following an extensive search effort, the siblings were located sleeping under a tree, covered by a tarp. Their condition was reported as good by the police.

The search was initiated upon receiving the report of their disappearance. The "Ezion-Yehuda" rescue unit from the Judea and Samaria district, along with officers from the Etzion station, began scouring the area. The local emergency team and security department also joined the efforts.

Hundreds of local residents arrived at the search headquarters established by the rescue unit to assist. Three dispatch points were opened, and volunteers were deployed to the field after receiving search instructions.

The siblings were eventually found by a search team guided by the detection team of the "Ezion-Yehuda" rescue unit. After being located, the children returned to their home.
