Zutshka Rebbe Marries Youngest Son in Grand Hasidic Celebration

This week, hundreds of Hasidim, community leaders, and a distinguished assembly of rebbes and rabbis gathered to celebrate the wedding of the youngest son of the Zutshka Rebbe, who married the granddaughter of Rabbi Yaakov Mordechai Twersky, the Av Beit Din of Chernobyl Elad, and the Biala Rebbe Yashar Lev. The joyous event featured extended hours of spirited devotion, with the Zutshka Rebbe encouraging singing accompanied by his well-known melodies composed over the years, as well as new tunes created especially for the wedding.

The highlight of the celebration occurred late at night before the "Mitzvah Tantz" ceremony. The Rebbe delivered an inspiring and heartfelt speech set to the new melody "Echad Sha'alti," which the crowd joined in singing with deep yearning between verses. Following this, the Rebbe led the "Mitzvah Tantz" with intense passion and devotion to the tune "U'varuch Shem Kevodo," and later danced enthusiastically to the traditional and uplifting melody "Echad Yachid," in the ancient custom of the Nadvorna Hasidic dynasty.
