A 55-year-old man sustained serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident on Highway 2 near the Yakum interchange. According to United Hatzalah spokespersons, the vehicle collided with a guardrail. First responders from United Hatzalah provided initial medical treatment at the scene, noting the driver suffered injuries to his head, chest, and limbs. The injured man was subsequently transported to Ichilov Hospital for further care.
