Israel's Foreign Minister Meets Paraguayan Counterpart, Cites Support Since Oct. 7 Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar met with Paraguay's Vice President and Foreign Minister in Jerusalem. Sa'ar thanked Paraguay for its support since the October 7th attacks and noted their designation of Hamas as a terrorist group. The two nations signed a memorandum of understanding on health cooperation.
