Shin Bet Joins Investigation Into Disappearance of 9-Year-Old Heimnot Kasao Amid Family Skepticism

The disappearance of 9-year-old Heimnot Kasao from a closed absorption center remains shrouded in mystery, with no new public leads after two and a half years. Israeli President Isaac Herzog recently announced that the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) would assist in the investigation, a development that has elicited cautious and skeptical reactions from the family.
