Shamir is the club's third signing this week, following defender Ziv Morgan and winger Nana Gamble.

Shamir arrived at Tiberias for training on the morning of August 16, 2026, meeting with players and coaching staff. Last season, he made 29 appearances, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
