Allegations regarding odometer tampering and failure to disclose documents are categorically denied. Ben Or explained that the term "constructive total loss" is a recognized economic and insurance term used for damages such as to headlights or bodywork, and is not equivalent to total loss. Customers were informed and signed off on the vehicle conditions, including any constructive total loss status, as required. The vehicles were sold after inspection and deemed roadworthy. In cases where complaints arose post-purchase, Yehav Car offered refunds beyond legal obligations.
