Paramedic Gal Rozen and emergency medical technician Nur Hassona reported that upon arrival, the man was unconscious, without pulse or breathing, and despite basic and advanced resuscitation attempts, they could not save him.

Central District police from Yavne station, along with maritime and aerial patrol units, conducted searches and found the boy, who was then taken to the hospital in critical condition. Despite resuscitation efforts, doctors declared him dead.
