Legal commentator Guy Peleg of Channel 12 sharply criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Likud party leadership on 103fm radio, urging parties in the "change bloc" not to form a unity government with the ruling party. Peleg stated that Israeli democracy and the country are under attack, comparing the situation to an autoimmune disease where the body attacks itself. He asserted that the ruling party refuses to accept the election results.

Peleg predicted that the political system is heading towards another deadlock, criticizing Netanyahu and the Likud's conduct following the elections. He suggested that the current leadership might not have been defeated and that a transitional government led by Netanyahu, followed by repeat elections, is a plausible scenario. "The ruler refuses to accept the election results," Peleg claimed.

Concluding his remarks, Peleg called on politicians in the opposing bloc to avoid reaching any coalition agreements or compromises with Netanyahu. "You don't make unity with such elements, you forcefully expel them," he stated, quoting a Hebrew phrase meaning "we came to banish the darkness."
