MDA reported receiving the initial call about the incident at 1:42 PM. Paramedic Ariel Yosef described finding the worker unconscious, without a pulse or breathing, with a very serious injury. He stated the worker had fallen from a great height during his work, and that he was evacuated in critical condition while resuscitation efforts continued.
