The incident occurred around 1:42 PM at a site on HaManofim Street. Paramedics from Magen David Adom (MDA) provided medical treatment and initiated resuscitation efforts at the scene. The injured worker sustained severe systemic injuries and was transported to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv while resuscitation was ongoing. The MDA Yarkon region received the initial report of the fall.
