Also eliminated earlier this week was Ashraf Mahmoud Yousef Dahlan, a platoon commander in the East Jabalia battalion, who also took part in the October 7th incursion into Israel. Two days ago, Mahmoud Atman Abdullah Alwan, a Nukhba commander in the West Jabalia battalion, was killed in the Gaza City area. The IDF stated that these operatives were advancing terror plans against Israeli forces and civilians and working to restore Hamas's capabilities, systematically violating the ceasefire. The strikes were carried out by air to neutralize the threat they posed. IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area and will continue operations to remove any threats.
