Naftali Bennett's "B'Yachad" party has accused representatives of the "Likud" party of illegally tracking voters at polling stations and transmitting data via a smartphone application. The Central Elections Committee (CEC) of Israel stated it has no confirmation of such activities. According to the Bennett party, its representatives reported the use of an application called "Voter" at polling stations, including one in a moshav in Lower Galilee. "B'Yachad" announced it has filed additional complaints with the CEC. Previously, the CEC reported one instance of photography at a polling station in a moshav in central Israel, which ceased after rules were clarified. The CEC reiterated that party representatives are prohibited from collecting and transmitting information on whether specific voters have cast their ballots, including through digital applications. The Supreme Court had previously ruled against election officials and party observers conducting digital counts of voters and transmitting this data to parties in real-time. The dispute over the potential use of such applications is ongoing.
