Tobi arrived alone, without a cameraman. She stated that one individual approached her, got close, and touched her equipment, even during a live broadcast. According to Tobi, the man claimed she was filming people in the background. She responded that she was in a public space and adjusted her camera angle to only show herself. However, she alleges that he continued to bother her even after she accommodated his request. "Even though I tried to accommodate him so as not to bother anyone, he stuck close to me and harassed me," she recounted. The incident occurred during election day coverage.
