The Israeli military announced on Monday that its forces eliminated four terrorists from Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad in airstrikes across the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours. The targeted strikes aimed to thwart terror plots against Israeli forces and civilians. Among those killed were a commander of a Hamas Nukhba cell and a Hamas sniper who was planning attacks against soldiers.

According to the IDF spokesperson, three terrorists were killed on Sunday. Two of them, Alaa Abu Zaid and Hamdan Suleiman Ibrahim Abu Amra, belonged to the military wing of Islamic Jihad. The third, Fuzi Salam Odat Allah Suarkah, was a sniper in Hamas's military wing actively advancing sniper attack plans against Israeli forces.

Additionally, during the weekend, Muhammad Anan Muhammad Al-Ruag, identified as the commander of a Nukhba cell within Hamas's military wing, was killed in a strike in northern Gaza. The IDF emphasized that all the eliminated terrorists were working to restore their organizations' military capabilities while systematically violating the ceasefire.

During the operational activity, forces identified and subsequently destroyed a military structure in northern Gaza that served as a sniper post and posed a direct threat to soldiers in the area. The IDF stated that forces deployed in the area will continue to operate decisively to remove any threat.
