The initiative is led by Minister Bezalel Smotrich and Head of the Hebron Regional Council Eliram Azulai, in coordination with the IDF and security forces. As part of this move, six agricultural farms have already been established, including "Mitzpeh Tzur," "Neve Farm," "Lev Amit Farm," "Eshhel Farm," "Lema'an Achai," and "Mitzpeh Or." Additionally, two new communities, "Migdal" and "Nofei Golot," are expected to be established. Alongside the expansion of settlements, enforcement actions and the demolition of structures defined as illegal were carried out near the site of the attack over the weekend. Minister Smotrich commented on the move, stating, "We are continuing the settlement revolution, which includes measures of 'stay away from evil', massive demolition of illegal construction, alongside measures of 'do good', approving settlements and farms, and fortifying and strengthening the settlement."
