Two men, both around 60 years old, were discovered deceased on Monday morning on Moshe Dayan Street in Tel Aviv. Emergency medical personnel found them with penetrating wounds and pronounced them dead at the scene. Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics reported arriving quickly to find the two men unconscious, without pulse or respiration, and suffering from their injuries. "We performed medical examinations and were forced to determine their deaths at the scene," stated MDA emergency medical technician Meir Grossman.
