Upon arrival, paramedics found the two men unconscious with penetrating wounds. After conducting medical examinations, they were forced to pronounce both men dead at the scene. "We were forced to pronounce their deaths at the scene," stated Meir Grossman, a paramedic with Magen David Adom's motorcycle unit, describing the grim discovery.
