Child Finds Missile Fuel Tank Near Kadumim, Averting Potential Disaster

A child in the settlement of Kadumim discovered a suspicious object near the community, which was later identified as a fuel tank from a missile that landed in the area during recent fighting. The boy demonstrated civic responsibility by not touching the object and immediately reporting it to his father, who contacted the local emergency hotline. Following an inspection by police, military forces, and bomb disposal experts, the object was confirmed to be a missile fuel tank. Kadumim Council Head Ouziel Vatik praised the child's alertness, stating that his actions prevented a potential disaster. Vatik issued a directive reminding residents that suspicious objects, possibly remnants of combat or placed with hostile intent, may still be present in and around the settlement. The council reiterated safety instructions: never approach or touch suspicious items, move away from the area, keep others clear, and immediately report any findings to the Kadumim hotline.
