שר החוץ גדעון סער הודיע לשגרירות הולנד כי על הדיפלומטים ההולנדים הפועלים ברמאללה להחזיר לישראל את התיעוד הדיפלומטי שקיבלו, וזאת תוך שבעה ימים. עם תום התקופה, תפוגנה החסינויות והזכויות שלהם בישראל.
