ועדת הבחירות המרכזית לכנסת ה-26 דחתה את הבקשות שהוגשו לפסילת מפלגת עוצמה יהודית מלהתמודד בבחירות. ההחלטה התקבלה ברוב קולות, כאשר 10 מחברי הוועדה תמכו בפסילה, 11 התנגדו לה, וחבר אחד נמנע. נימוקי הוועדה והחלטתה יועברו כעת לבחינת בית המשפט העליון.
