ד"ר סופיאן אבו זיידה, בכיר בפת"ח וברש"פ, חשף כי מתקיימים מגעים בין ישראל לחמאס בנוגע לעסקת חטופים. אבו זיידה, שפרסם את הדברים בסרטון בפייסבוק, הוסיף כי בקרוב יחשוף את המסר שיחיא סינוואר, מנהיג חמאס ברצועת עזה, ביקש ממנו להעביר לישראל.
