הוגשה הצהרת תובע נגד תושב ירושלים בן 39, החשוד בביצוע עבירות מין חמורות בבתו בת ה-10. מעצרו הוארך לצורך הגשת כתב אישום. החקירה החלה בעקבות דיווח שהתקבל במשטרה, וחוקרי תחנת מוריה במחוז ירושלים פעלו יחד עם חוקרי ילדים וגורמי רווחה לאיסוף ראיות.

ב-2 בספטמבר 2026 נעצרו שני ההורים. האב חשוד בביצוע עבירות המין, והאם נעצרה בחשד שידעה על המעשים ולא דיווחה עליהם, בניגוד לחובת הדיווח על פי חוק. בנותיהם של בני הזוג הועברו למסגרות חירום להגנתן.

עם סיום החקירה וגיבוש התשתית הראייתית, הוגשה הצהרת תובע נגד האב. הפרקליטות צפויה להגיש נגדו כתב אישום בימים הקרובים.
