Jewish Man's Body Found Near Rabbi Nachman's Tomb in Uman
The body of a Jewish man, approximately 45 years old and a resident of England, was discovered in a forest near the tomb of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov in Uman, Ukraine, during the recent holiday period. The circumstances surrounding the man's death are currently unclear and under investigation.
Aharon Ben Harush, director of the delegation and deputy head of the United Hatzalah branch in Uman, commented on the incident after the holiday concluded. "During the holiday, a case was handled involving a person found lying without signs of life in the forest. The circumstances of the case are under investigation," he stated.
Activists from the organization currently in Uman are working with local authorities to arrange for the release of the deceased's body and facilitate its burial as soon as possible.
