מאז תחילת שנת 2026 ועד סוף אוגוסט, תועדו 536 "התקפות" על אדמות חקלאיות פלסטיניות בגדה המערבית, כך לפי נתונים של מרכז המידע הפלסטיני "מעטא". נתונים אלו מצביעים על ממוצע של כמעט שתי "פעולות" וחצי ביום. בחודש אוגוסט לבדו נרשמו 64 מקרים כאלה.

במהלך שמונת החודשים הראשונים של השנה, עמד ממוצע ה"התקפות" החודשי על כ-67. הפגיעות כוללות גרימת נזק ליבולים, כריתת עצים והרס גידולים, בנוסף לשיבוח אדמות חקלאיות. פעולות אלו גורמות נזקים ישירים לחקלאים ומאיימות על פרנסתם ועל יכולתם לעבד את אדמותיהם.
