Efforts to restore full operation at Israel's water desalination plants have failed, with disruptions expected to continue throughout the day. The failures come after a period of neglect and poor maintenance, which has reportedly led to significant deterioration of the facilities and negatively impacted the lives of residents. The cost of addressing these issues has been substantial, with reports indicating that approximately 320 million shekels were spent over the past two and a half years on related matters, specifically mentioning the Amir brothers' involvement with Shufersal.
