Former Prime Minister’s Residence Worker Sues Sara Netanyahu Alleging Years of Harassment

A former employee of the Prime Minister’s residence filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against the Prime Minister’s Office, claiming that Sara Netanyahu subjected him to years of mistreatment. The lawsuit demands 450,000 shekels in damages and alleges daily verbal abuse, unreasonable demands, and excessive work hours beyond his contract. According to the complaint, the employee’s condition deteriorated to the point that in December 2025 he was reassigned to a different role within the Prime Minister’s Office due to physical and mental exhaustion.

The lawsuit describes a prolonged pattern of harassment, including shouting, insults, and unreasonable work expectations, which the employee endured daily for years. It also accuses relevant officials of ignoring the abuse despite being aware of the situation and failing to protect the worker’s rights. This case follows a similar lawsuit filed last month by another former residence employee, Yechiel Ohev Ami, who alleged severe and ongoing harassment by Sara Netanyahu, including verbal insults, physical attacks, and extreme demands, seeking approximately 300,000 shekels in compensation.

The Prime Minister’s Office responded by dismissing the claims as "fake news" and part of a politically motivated campaign against the Prime Minister and his family, accusing Channel 13 of biased election coverage aimed at benefiting left-wing and Arab parties. The office condemned the repeated airing of what it called false rumors, including references to a deceased family member, to discredit the Netanyahu family.

Both lawsuits involve different employees and compensation amounts but share allegations of sustained mistreatment by Sara Netanyahu during their employment at the Prime Minister’s residence. The legal proceedings are ongoing, with no resolution yet announced.
