IDF and Shin Bet Destroy Hamas Weapons Depots and Launch Site in Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Shin Bet carried out coordinated strikes across the Gaza Strip yesterday, targeting and destroying five weapons depots and a Hamas rocket launch site. According to official statements from the IDF and Shin Bet spokespersons, the depots contained rockets, weapons, explosives, grenades, and other combat equipment used by Hamas militants to plan and execute terrorist attacks against Israeli forces in Gaza.

The security agencies revealed that these weapons caches were concealed within mosques and adjacent to humanitarian infrastructure in Gaza. Israeli defense officials condemned Hamas for exploiting civilian facilities for terrorist activities, thereby endangering the local population. The IDF and Shin Bet emphasized that these strikes serve as a clear warning against any terrorist actions targeting Israeli civilians.

Security forces under the Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with existing agreements and are committed to continuing operations to neutralize any immediate threats.
