Four Teen Girls Brutally Attack Peer in Isolated Alley in Eilat
In Eilat, four teenage girls orchestrated a violent ambush against a peer known to them, leading her to a secluded alley without security cameras where they brutally assaulted her. The attack, which occurred during the night of August 9-10, was sparked by a dispute over damage to a mobile phone. The victim was beaten repeatedly, pushed into bushes, and had her phone smashed. When bystanders intervened, one of the attackers threatened the victim's life, saying, "If we are arrested, today you die." Two of the suspects were quickly apprehended in Eilat, while the other two fled but were caught the next day in another city and placed under house arrest.
Days after their release under restrictive conditions, two of the girls violated their terms. One violently attacked her mother with punches, a TV remote, and a keyboard when the mother tried to prevent her from leaving the house. The mother sustained injuries to her shoulder and back. Police have filed indictments against the two main suspects for assault causing injury, threats, and violation of legal orders. Additional charges are expected against the other two girls involved in the initial assault. The case reveals a pattern of organized and severe youth violence escalating from a routine night out to a series of brutal attacks.
