Israeli Police Seize Explosives and Four Standard IDF Detonators in Tayibe Operation

Israeli police and Border Police fighters conducting an operational search in the city of Tayibe uncovered explosives and four standard Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) detonators. The discovery was made behind an electrical cabinet during a prolonged search aimed at locating weapons and explosives suspected to be used by criminal elements in violent disputes. A police bomb disposal expert confirmed that the materials included "Hanmix" explosive charges and four standard IDF detonators. Following the operation, two brothers from Tayibe were arrested and taken in for questioning at the local police station. The seized explosives were transferred to police bomb disposal experts for further examination and handling. The police intend to request an extension of the brothers' detention based on the investigation's findings and needs.
