Israeli Special Forces Arrest Bomb Makers and Arms Dealer in West Bank Operation

In a precise nighttime operation in the Benjamin Brigade area on Tuesday, Israeli special forces from the Duvdevan Unit, guided by Shin Bet intelligence, arrested two wanted suspects involved in manufacturing improvised explosive devices intended to target IDF forces. Alongside them, an arms dealer possessing numerous weapons was also detained. The operation followed extended intelligence monitoring by Shin Bet, which identified the suspects as a significant threat to soldiers' lives in the region.

The Duvdevan Unit, an elite IDF commando force, coordinated closely with other security units to reach the suspects' hideouts with exact timing, successfully conducting arrests without incident. The suspects were transferred for thorough interrogation by security agencies, where they are expected to be questioned about their activities and connections to other terrorist elements in the area. The arms dealer's cache of weapons was confiscated during the raid.

Israeli military and Border Police forces regularly operate in the West Bank to prevent terror activities and seize illegal arms. Security officials believe these arrests have thwarted serious attacks that could have occurred in the coming days.
