Israeli Police Seize Guns and Ammunition on Tayibe Roof, Arrest Five Suspects

During a search operation in Tayibe, Israeli police and Border Police fighters discovered a green bag on the roof of a building containing two Glock pistols, seven magazines, ammunition, gloves, and a black balaclava. The bag was reportedly thrown onto the roof by suspects attempting to hide the weapons from law enforcement. Two suspects, aged 18 and 20 and residents of Tayibe, were arrested on the spot. Additionally, three other residents of Tayibe, two women aged 21 and 42 and a 48-year-old man, were detained for questioning. The search was part of an ongoing operation by a special task force active in Tayibe aimed at combating crime and confiscating illegal weapons. Police stated they will continue efforts to locate and prevent the possession of arms in the city.
