Uncle Mourns 7-Year-Old Hallel Mordechai Dadon Killed in Home Stabbing in Beit Shemesh

Hallel Mordechai Dadon, a 7-year-old boy who was fatally stabbed at his grandmother's home in Beit Shemesh, was mourned by his uncle, Shlomi Alon, on Tuesday. Alon, whose 4-year-old son Ray was seriously injured in the same attack, found both boys wounded in the pool. He recalled playing and laughing with Hallel just minutes before the tragedy, expressing disbelief at how quickly life changed.

Alon described Hallel as a competitive child who loved to win but had a big heart and cared deeply for others. He shared a touching memory of Hallel giving his son the last piece of gum without hesitation, highlighting Hallel's generous nature. Alon expressed his sorrow and helplessness, wishing he could have taken away Hallel's pain and turned back time even by a few minutes. He hoped Hallel felt loved and comforted in his final moments.

Addressing Hallel's parents, Amos and Tamar, and his siblings, Alon acknowledged the unbearable loss and encouraged them to find strength in their faith and family. He emphasized that Hallel's light and love remain in their hearts and urged them to keep his memory alive through stories and mutual support.
