Six Suspects Detained in Connection to Eldar Dayan's Preceding Fight and Murder Investigation

Two additional suspects were arrested on Tuesday morning on suspicion of involvement in the fight that preceded the murder of Eldar Dayan, bringing the total number of suspects in the case to six. Four of these suspects had previously been questioned at the Petah Tikva police station regarding their alleged role in the fight. Following new developments and findings in the investigation, they were detained by the Sharon District Police Unit. These four suspects are scheduled to appear in court today, where the police will request an extension of their detention to continue the investigation.

In addition, two friends of Eldar Dayan, who were arrested on suspicion of involvement in his death, remain in custody. Currently, six suspects are held in total: four suspected of participating in the fight before Dayan's death and two suspected of involvement in the murder itself. The investigation is ongoing with the goal of uncovering the full circumstances leading to Eldar Dayan's death.
