Singer Shimon Buskila Detained Over Harassment Allegations by Ex-Partner

Israeli singer Shimon Buskila was publicly identified on Sunday as the individual detained for questioning on suspicion of threatening and harassing his ex-partner. According to a report by Li Ayish on i24, Buskila was summoned for interrogation on Friday due to the severity of the threats and harassment detailed in the ex-partner's complaint. The two had recently separated, and since then, Buskila allegedly sent numerous messages to his former partner that were threatening and harassing in nature.

On the same day as the interrogation, a confrontation occurred between Buskila and his ex-partner, during which both maintained their versions of events. Despite the seriousness of the allegations, sources familiar with the case noted that the threats did not reach the highest level of severity.
