Adama Appoints Orly Pascal as New Chief Human Resources Officer
Adama, a global leader in crop protection solutions, has appointed Orly Pascal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Pascal brings over 20 years of senior HR management experience from leading organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Deputy CEO at Phoenix, one of Israel's largest insurance and financial services groups. Prior to that, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cellcom, where she oversaw all HR activities and was part of the senior management team. She also held senior HR roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
Throughout her career, Pascal has led extensive organizational change processes, leadership development, and employee advancement initiatives both in Israel and internationally. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and Organizational Management from the College of Management and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
In her new role at Adama, Pascal aims to further develop the company’s organizational culture, nurture the next generation of leaders, and build capabilities that support Adama’s long-term success.
