IDF Reports Impacts Near Neot Mordechai and the Lebanon Border

After alerts were activated in the Upper Galilee, the IDF said it identified a projectile that crossed from Lebanon and hit the Neot Mordechai area. The military also reported several additional impacts in an area where IDF forces are operating in southern Lebanon.

The IDF added that, a short time later, several more suspected aerial targets were found to have fallen inside Israel, near the border with Lebanon. The statement did not say whether there were any casualties or damage, and it did not specify what the aerial objects were.

The incidents came amid ongoing cross-border fire along the Israel-Lebanon frontier. The military’s update indicated that the impacts were detected both in Israeli territory and in southern Lebanon, where Israeli forces are active.
