IDF Says It Intercepted Suspicious Aerial Target From Lebanon After Alerts in North
The Israel Defense Forces said that the Air Force intercepted a suspicious aerial target that crossed into Israeli territory from Lebanon, after alerts were triggered over a hostile aircraft intrusion in Metula and Misgav Am.
According to the IDF spokesperson, the interception came after warning sirens were activated in the northern border area. Rocket and missile alerts were also sounded as part of the interception attempts.
The statement did not say what the object was or whether it caused damage or casualties. It only said the target had crossed from Lebanese territory into Israel and was intercepted by the Air Force.
