Israeli Police and IDF Rescue Young Woman Allegedly Kidnapped to Hebron by Family

Israeli police from the Judea and Samaria district, in coordination with IDF forces, located and rescued a woman in her 20s from central Israel who was reportedly taken by force by her family to the city of Hebron. The incident began after police received a report of the woman's disappearance; she resides in a supported living arrangement in the Gush Dan area. According to the report, family members took her against her will in their vehicle.

Following the report, police launched a rapid investigation and search operation, which indicated that the vehicle carrying the woman and the family members had entered Hebron. Based on this intelligence, security forces set up ambushes and roadblocks in the area. During extensive searches, IDF troops intercepted the family vehicle as it was leaving Hebron, detained the vehicle, and found the woman inside.

The woman was safely extracted and immediately placed under police supervision. The family members in the vehicle were initially detained at the Hebron police station and subsequently transferred to Tel Aviv district investigators for further questioning and legal proceedings.
