Hadas Klein files police complaint after alleged street chase in Tel Aviv
Hadas Klein, a prosecution witness in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s trial, filed a police complaint against right-wing activist Mordechai David, according to a report Sunday by I24NEWS. The complaint stems from an incident in which David was filmed chasing her in the streets of Tel Aviv and shouting at her.
The episode took place on Saturday night and was circulated on social media. In the footage, David is seen pursuing Klein through Tel Aviv while accompanied by several other people.
After the incident, David wrote on his X account that reports accusing him of attacking, pushing, or insulting Klein and her friends were false. He said, “they started spreading the fabricated lie that I attacked Hadas Klein and pushed her and cursed her and her friends,” adding that “everything is filmed from the side” and that defamation lawsuits were on the way. He also said he had not touched her and claimed the video documented others insulting him.
