According to a Lebanese security source cited by the newspaper Nidaa al-Watan, fierce fighting around Jabal Ali al-Taher demonstrates Israel's determination to seize the hill and its tunnel network at any cost. The source revealed that the IDF has launched undisclosed operations, indicating a secretive approach. The IDF reportedly controls the hill and its exit routes, tightening the siege around Hezbollah's underground "Amad 4" facility and cutting off its supply lines after striking its water tanks.

Hezbollah attempted to resupply the site using drones during the night, but Israeli forces detected and shot down several of these unmanned aerial vehicles. The source noted that Hezbollah and the Revolutionary Guard are struggling, especially in maintaining supply routes.
