Tal Yinon Dradik Released After 38-Day Hunger Strike, Vows to Continue Fight

Tal Yinon Dradik was released on Tuesday evening from the Russian Compound detention center in Jerusalem after enduring a 38-day hunger strike. Upon his release, he was reunited with his wife, children, and representatives from the Honenu organization. Following a medical examination, Dradik was taken to a hospital for further observation.

In his first remarks to Channel 7 after his release, Dradik expressed gratitude to God, the people of Israel, and all who supported his cause. He emphasized that the struggle is far from over, criticizing the policies led by Minister Katz and Brigadier General Balut, which he described as persecution of the settlements and called for an end to administrative detention orders.

Despite his physical weakness from the prolonged hunger strike, Dradik affirmed his strong spirit and faith in God to continue fighting against these policies until the end.
