Hebron Resident Charged With Sexual Offenses Against Minor in Jerusalem Hotel
Israeli State Prosecutor’s Office has filed an indictment in Jerusalem District Court against Ali Alrgabi, 25, a resident of Hebron, accusing him of sexual offenses against a minor who was staying at the hotel where he worked.
According to the indictment, the girl and her family were evacuated to the hotel during the war known as “Iron Swords” and remained there for some time. At one point, Alrgabi approached her and another girl and offered to give them a tour of the hotel. During that tour, he allegedly committed multiple sexual acts against the complainant.
The indictment says he later invited the two girls to the hotel roof, where he held the minor, pulled her close to him, and committed an indecent act despite her attempts to push him away and stop him. Prosecutors said the charges include indecent assault against a girl under 16 without her free consent, as well as unlawful entry and presence in Israel.
