Illegal Resident Charged with Sexually Assaulting Sleeping Woman in Tel Aviv
Prosecutors have filed an indictment against Bilal Saka, a 32-year-old illegal resident from Nablus, for a sexual offense against a young woman in her Jaffa home. The incident occurred while the victim was asleep in her bedroom, with her family present in the living room. Saka is also accused of illegally entering Israel.
According to the indictment, Saka worked as an electrician. Approximately two weeks prior to the charges, he visited the victim's home. He entered her bedroom under the pretense of checking electrical outlets. While she was asleep, he committed the sexual offense. The young woman awoke to his actions and began to scream.
The indictment charges Saka with committing a sexual act while exploiting a situation preventing consent, as well as illegal entry into Israel.
