Israeli Forces Seize Large Cache of Weapons Including IDF Grenade in Julis Village
Israeli police from the Western Galilee station and Border Police fighters conducted an operational raid in the village of Julis, uncovering a significant weapons cache. The seized arsenal included a rifle, a pistol with a loaded magazine, an Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) fragmentation grenade, numerous magazines, and a large quantity of loose ammunition. A local resident was arrested on suspicion and taken in for questioning.
Authorities reported that the weapons were concealed and ready for use, allegedly intended for criminal elements involved in blood feuds within the Arab community. All confiscated arms were transferred to the police forensic laboratories for evidence processing. The investigation is ongoing.
This operation is part of broader efforts to curb illegal arms trafficking and violence in the region. The police continue to monitor and act against such threats to public safety.
