May Golan: “I Committed No Offense, I Am Being Pursued Because I Expose the Crimes of the Junta”
Minister for Social Equality and the Advancement of Women May Golan commented on the conclusion of her questioning and the transfer of the case to the State Attorney’s Office, saying, “Those who are persecuting the right are rushing headlong to stitch me up as well. This is political persecution on steroids, and the baseless and false claims will collapse on their own because I did not commit any offense!”
According to her, “From the moment it became known that I expose failures and crimes that the junta is so afraid of, and move the most rotten cheese around, a decision was made to pursue me by any means. I would have gladly appeared for questioning if the investigating and persecuting body were not biased and did not act like emissaries of the Sicilian mafia.”
