Israeli Police Find Weapons Cache in West Bank Outpost Amid Clashes with Settlers
Israeli police discovered a weapons cache at the unauthorized outpost "Kol Dodi" near Kochav HaShachar in the Binyamin region of the West Bank, an area previously linked to unrest. Bomb disposal experts were called to the scene to handle the weapons. During the operation, an Israeli suspect present at the site attacked the police officers, causing injuries, and was subsequently arrested. Following the arrest, approximately 50 settlers arrived at the location attempting to interfere with the police activity and prevent the suspect's detention. These settlers also assaulted the officers. Despite efforts by the group to help the suspect escape, he was successfully apprehended by the police.
