Traffic Alert for Central Israel Tomorrow: Three Major Concerts, and Haredi Protest Threats

Crowds are expected to arrive in the area for performances by Omer Adam at Ramat Gan Stadium, Ben Zur at HaMoshava Stadium in Petah Tikva, and Eyal Golan at Bloomfield Stadium in Tel Aviv. The estimate is that heavy congestion will already be felt from the afternoon on the main roads leading to the concert venues, and also at train stations. The main congestion points are expected to be around Highway 4 and the Geha Interchange, Highway 20 (Ayalon Routes), Namir Road, Derech HaShalom, the Jabotinsky Axis, and access roads to Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, Petah Tikva, and southern Tel Aviv. The congestion is expected to worsen as the concerts begin and continue into the night as the crowds disperse.

Israel Railways has prepared for the high demand, announced a significant reinforcement of train service, and said that additional special trains will operate at the end of the concerts, alongside extended routes for regular trains and standby trains that will be deployed according to demand.
