Israeli Foreign Ministry Warns Citizens Ahead of Anti-Israel Protests in Greece

The advisory stresses the importance of heightened vigilance, concealing Israeli and Jewish symbols, and refraining from sharing real-time locations on social media. Citizens are advised to stay away from protest sites and crowds, avoid confrontations with demonstrators, monitor local authority updates and media reports, and comply with security forces' instructions.

This alert follows an incident reported about two weeks ago involving Israeli youths returning from a party in Crete who were attacked with rifles and axes. The victims believe the assault was triggered by their singing in Hebrew. One victim's mother recounted that the attackers searched rooms for Israelis and that her son sent her a farewell message during the attack.
